-In a spray bottle:
Mostly water.
Inch of Conditioner
Table spoon of Avocado oil (Or olive, I used olive and my conditioner with Avocado oil in it.)
Two tablespoons of Sea salt.
*Put a ton into dry hair until wet twice a week for about an hour at night then wash out (or sleep in it), and every time after showering put in a couple sprays and let it stay or style.
Okay, I have really thick, long, frizzy, dry, curly/wavy hair and my friend who is a hair dresser made up this really simple and easy recipe for my hair and so I, a big pessimist said “Okay, whatever I’ll try it but it wont do anything.”
Well, I tried it and just about died. My hair is really soft, shiny, nicely wavy, and really tame and beautiful.
So, I was like “What the hell did you put in this? Crack?”
I got a hold of the rest of my friends, and I was like try this. So they did and even my friends with straight, thin hair were amazed. It added volume and body to their thin hair. So then we came up with the idea to put in lemon juice for our blond friends and it made the color really, really beautiful. A couple of my brunette friends put in the lemon and it gave them some subtle highlights.
You have to try this and see if it works for you and let me know. Its all natural and people wont stop complimenting our hair! Especially men, which is nice when a stranger man tells you that you have gorgeous hair. =]
I do it all the time.
