Avocado Salad Dressing Recipe Part 1 - "The Salad"
Recipe: healthyveganrecipes.net Sorry, I had to make this into 2 videos because it was so long. But this avocado salad dressing recipe is actually really simple and so healthy. It will make any salad special, and is one of those healthy vegan recipes that you can keep in the back of your mind and create endless possibilities for different ways to flavor it. What do you think?
help on a paper about a chili recipe?
Below is the topic on my paper and the recipe i’m using. I’m stuck on how to start. Any way to write the paper would be extremely helpful. It can’t be shorter than 1.5 pages and no longer than 3 pages.
White Chicken Chili
Quick to make, with a fresh, medium-spicy flavor. Serve with warm tortillas or cornbread and a green salad for a complete meal.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
½ teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pound ground chicken
1 10-ounce can Rotel (tomatoes and jalapenos)
1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup canned small white beans
1 tablespoon cornmeal
Heat oil over medium heat in saucepan. Add chopped onion and cook about 5 minutes, or until slightly golden. Add chili powder, oregano, and cumin to onion and stir; cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer raw, about 4 minutes. Add Rotel, dices tomatoes, chicken broth, and beans. Simmer for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste. Shit in cornmeal and cook about 1 minute, to thicken. Serve hot, topped with grated cheddar and diced avocado.
Choose your favorite chili recipe or find one in a cookbook or on the web. Provide a copy of the recipe with the assignment. Discuss each of the flavors provided by the ingredients. Which ones of the flavors are detected using on the taste bud senses (the five described in the videos from RSC)? Which flavors require the sense of smell? How would the flavor change if chocolate was included in the chili recipe?

Saltfish Avocado Balls Tutorial Part 2
By special request, here’s a tutorial on preparing the saltfish and avocado balls I showed you in a previous video. Ingredients: Salted Cod Cassava Flour (Farine) Avocados Seasonings: 1/2- 3/4 lime 1 onion Garlic Chives Parsley West Indian/Hot peppers Black Pepper Paprika Cayenne Pepper Sunflower/Olive Oil Ginger Powder Curry Powder Garlic Powder
Okay, ladies, you have to try this and tell me if it works for you like it did me and my friends?
-In a spray bottle:
Mostly water.
Inch of Conditioner
Table spoon of Avocado oil (Or olive, I used olive and my conditioner with Avocado oil in it.)
Two tablespoons of Sea salt.
*Put a ton into dry hair until wet twice a week for about an hour at night then wash out (or sleep in it), and every time after showering put in a couple sprays and let it stay or style.
Okay, I have really thick, long, frizzy, dry, curly/wavy hair and my friend who is a hair dresser made up this really simple and easy recipe for my hair and so I, a big pessimist said “Okay, whatever I’ll try it but it wont do anything.”
Well, I tried it and just about died. My hair is really soft, shiny, nicely wavy, and really tame and beautiful.
So, I was like “What the hell did you put in this? Crack?”
I got a hold of the rest of my friends, and I was like try this. So they did and even my friends with straight, thin hair were amazed. It added volume and body to their thin hair. So then we came up with the idea to put in lemon juice for our blond friends and it made the color really, really beautiful. A couple of my brunette friends put in the lemon and it gave them some subtle highlights.
You have to try this and see if it works for you and let me know. Its all natural and people wont stop complimenting our hair! Especially men, which is nice when a stranger man tells you that you have gorgeous hair. =]
I do it all the time.
