At my favorite restaurant they have a dish called Chicken Monterey. It’s basically a piece of chicken with cheese on top, but the sauce is amazing. It’s green and I know there’s tomatillo, avocado, jalapeno, and onion in it. It’s served warm and very spicy, tangy and sweet. Do you know what this sauce is called and have a recipe for it? Thanks.
