One of those fruit I crave is Avocado, although mistaken for a vegetable, contains 13 vitamins, which our body absolutely needs. I can’t help myself but to grab one or two each time when I pass by them at the produce section. This recipe I have put together all started with a bag of fresh avocados I’ve bought at Costco, and it was exciting to use them in whatever I was making, most often in sandwiches, salsa, and plain with little bit of sprinkled salt. With this recipe, I have used everyone’s favorite, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, and to enhance the taste and appearance, I’ve added tomatoes and red onion. My family and friends love this Avocado recipe that is both nutritious and delicious. Try this easy, tasty and nutritious salad!
