Shrimp Avocado Salad Recipe with Vinaigrette Dressing Ingredients: 6 – 7 cleaned large raw shrimp 1 avocado cubed Salad greens Artichoke hearts 1 champagne mango sliced 1 tomato cubed 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese 1 fresh lemon Vinagrette dressing: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt Preparation: There’s really no cooking other than to boil the shrimp and put into an ice bath. Watch the video and make it the way you like. You may not find pumpkin seeds or champagne mangos.
